how to fix that I will never know - not even going to try - so it looks like every blog I write is going to be 3 hours earlier than time is - says something about the space / time continuum - just like in Star Trek - yikes
You should be able to go to your Blogspot/Blogger preferences or settings or profile or something like that and change your time zone or your location. I'm not sure if it'll update past entries but it should as least fix it moving forward.
