another brother

I wrote about Jeff a couple of days ago but my other brother is Doug.
He lives in Holland with his wife and three daughters.
My parents are on their way back from a visit with them and
there are times when I really miss having them around.

They were here last in February for Dad's 80th party and, as always, the time was too short. But it is what it is, and we try to stay in touch long distance anyways.
Facebook does help with that. Seeing what they are up to is always a treat.

I think that Doug and Frans are particularly good parents. They are involved and caring and it shows. That is wonderful to see.
